THE DIVERSITY AGENDA: ENGAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

This is not just a support role. It is a chance to help a movement for change keep moving, in professions that are working hard to become places where everyone can thrive and that reflect the communities they serve.

Mō mātou | about us

The Diversity Agenda is an award-winning, industry-led movement helping engineering and architecture firms become more diverse and inclusive. It is delivered by a partnership between Te Ao Rangahau Engineering New Zealand, the Association of Consulting and Engineering New Zealand (ACE New Zealand) and Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects. The Diversity Agenda team sits within ACE New Zealand, which employs the team on behalf of the partnership.

Our goal is to grow more diverse and inclusive professions, so they reflect Aotearoa New Zealand, honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and are places where people feel safe, valued and able to thrive. Through our Accord, firms commit to making real, measurable change, and we bring them together to learn from each other and act collectively.
