Suppliers can reserve their booth with a $400 + GST deposit, with the remaining balance payable closer to the event in 2027.

Speaking and Learning Opportunities

Suppliers may also express interest in contributing to the education programme.

These sessions are not product pitches. They are designed to share useful insight, practical knowledge, and ideas relevant to association professionals.

Topics could include technology, member engagement, event delivery, governance support, data, communications, financial sustainability, or other issues facing the association sector.

All speaking opportunities are by application and will be considered based on relevance to the audience and fit with the overall programme.
