Connections is a small hosted experience for a curated group of association executives who want to build useful relationships with suppliers, destinations and partners that understand associations.

Across two days, you will take part in focused one-to-one meetings, peer conversations and a Hamilton destination experience.

It is designed to help association leaders meet the people, places and partners that can support better events, stronger member value and more effective operations.

There is no cost for selected NZSAE member association executives to attend Connections Hamilton 2027.

Connections is limited to approximately 15 association executives and 15 suppliers to keep the experience personal, relevant and valuable.

Hosted places are reviewed to ensure the right mix of association leaders, decision-makers and participating suppliers.

Connections is designed to give association executives time away from the day-to-day to have focused conversations with suppliers, peers and destination partners who understand the sector.

Who should attend

Connections is designed for association Chief Executives, Executive Directors, Event Managers, senior managers and decision-makers involved in choosing suppliers, services, systems, venues, destinations or strategic partners.

It is especially relevant for leaders responsible for events, membership, operations, communications, technology, finance, governance support or organisational growth.

Successful hosted association executives will receive flights, accommodation and official programme meals as part of the hosted experience.
